A renowned star will open for the fledgling stars who will appear tomorrow night in the Santa Monica-Malibu Unified School District’s 56th annual Stairway of the Stars at the Santa Monica Civic Auditorium.
Singer-songwriter Jackson Browne will introduce the 2004-2005 production of Stairway, which will feature nearly 1000 student performers, ranging from fourth graders to high school seniors.
