Santa Monica’s Koning Eizenberg Architecture was recently awarded a silver LEED rating from the U.S. Green Building Council for its work on Virginia Avenue Park, the very first park in the country to receive the rating. San Diego-based Spurlock Poirier Landscape Architects also worked on the project.
