Ex-Corsair McCray Joins Dodgers’ Organization:

Rodney McCray, who played baseball at University High and Santa Monica College before having a professional career, has become the minor league outfield and baserunning coordinator in the Dodgers’ organization.

 McCray played in the major leagues with the White Sox and Mets and became prominent nationally when he crashed through an outfield fence in 1991 while playing for Vancouver. The play has been featured on television as one of baseball’s best-known bloopers.
