KCET Welcomes Washington Week to Santa Monica.
The PBS series Washington Week is celebrating its 40th anniversary in 2008 with an eight-city road tour that kicked off in Los Angeles. KCET supporters gathered for an intimate luncheon at Shutters on the Beach in Santa Monica for a conversation with Gwen Ifill, Moderator and Managing Editor of Washington Week, and Senior Correspondent with the PBS nightly news program The NewsHour with Jim Lehrer.
