Donald Paysinger, who was the Santa Monica High head football coach for two years in the 1990s, has been named head football coach at Beverly Hills High.Paysinger replaces his brother, Carter, who has become an administrator at the school.Beverly Hills, an Ocean League rival which defeated Santa Monica last season, has one of Southern California’s premier high school running backs in Kenny Bassett.Santa Monica will play at Beverly Hills on October 23.
