Author Laura Numeroff will read and sign her books at the Every Picture Tells a Story Gallery in Santa Monica on Friday December 4 from 6 pm – 8 pm. The event will benefit the National Cued Speech Association Families. The event will be located at 1311 Montana Ave., Santa Monica. The Montana Avenue Holiday Walk, December 4th from 5 pm – 9 pm. Come join us for 10 festive blocks of complimentary holiday delights, family shopping, gourmet restaurants, singing, music, and Santa Claus!

The Santa Monica College John Drescher Planetarium will present the feature show, “A Winter’s Solstice.” The feature show is at 8 pm and is preceded by “The Night Sky Show” at 7 pm. The John Drescher Planetarium, which features the Digistar projection system, is located on the second floor of Drescher Hall, 1900 Pico Blvd, Santa Monica. A Food and Linen’s Drive to benefit Upward Bound House a community based, social agency headquartered in Santa Monica. The event will take place from noon-4pm in front of the Co-Opportunity store at 1525 Broadway, Santa Monica.

The Jingle Bell Rockers will be performing on Dec. 5th at The Main Street Holiday Extravaganza this Saturday December 5th from 6:30 – 9 pm. The event begins with a Christmas tree lighting at Ocean Park and Main Street followed by a candlelight walk to an amazing Shopping Cart Christmas Tree at Edgemar Plaza.
