Massey, Wallace
September 3, 1927 – June 10, 2010
Wallace Massey passed away peacefully with family by his side on June 10. Diagnosed with mesothelioma in October, he valiantly fought the disease for eight months.
He is survived by his five children: Yvonne, Clayton, Malcolm, Robert, Darryl, ten grandchildren, sister Elsie, brothers Donald and Raymond, many nieces and nephews and his dear friend Edie Jurmain.
Born in Newcastle Upon Tyne, England, he was a long time resident and businessman in Santa Monica. His intelligence and keen sense of wit will be greatly missed by all who knew him. We love you Dad.
Church services will be held on June 23, at 10:00 at the Lighthouse Church, 1220 20th Street, Santa Monica; Graveside Service at 11:00 at Woodlawn Cemetery 1847 14th Street, Santa Monica. Reception to follow.
