A fan and media event for next month’s UFC 141 event will be held this Friday at the Santa Monica Pier.
Fans are invited to the kickoff press conference scheduled to start at 2 p.m.
The presser takes place just prior to the UFC on FOX 1 official fighter weigh-ins.
Doors open at 1 p.m. local time, and the press conference begins an hour later.
The fan and media event, which features UFC 141 headliners Brock Lesnar and Alistair Overeem, will stream live on UFC.com.
It’s the official kickoff event for UFC 141, which takes place Dec. 30 at the MGM Grand Garden Arena in Las Vegas.
In addition to Lesnar vs. Overeem, the pay-per-view event features a co-headliner of Donald Cerrone versus Nate Diaz.
Friday’s event is free to attend and open to the public.
