Candidates for the Santa Monica City Council can been seen on YouTube answering questions about hot topics relating to their bid to claim one of the four open seats on Nov. 6.
Santa Monica CityTV produced the videos that ask questions relating to topics such as traffic, homelessness, and the budget.
All videos are posted on SMVote.org, which is a collaboration by the League of Women Voters of Santa Monica Education Fund, the Center for Governmental Studies, CityTV of Santa Monica, and the Santa Monica City Clerk’s Office.
The website is loaded with videos, links and information to help educate voters about this election’s candidates and ballot measures.
Videos featuring candidates running for the Santa Monica-Malibu Unified School District (SMMUSD) School Board and Rent Control Board can also be found on the site.
