Santa Monica’s Big Blue Bus announced Route 9 will be on detour in both directions this Monday, Feb. 4 from 9 a.m. to 3 p.m. due to emergency tree removal along 7th Street in Santa Monica between Alta Avenue and Marguerita Avenue.
All regular stops between Wilshire Blvd. and San Vicente Blvd. will be temporarily closed. Instead buses will operate along 4th St. and serve the following temporary stops in both directions:
— Wilshire Blvd.
— California Ave.
— Washington Ave.
— Idaho Ave.
— Montana Ave.
— Alta Ave.
— Marguerita Ave.
— Georgina Ave.
— San Vicente Blvd.
