Hot’s Kitchen in Hermosa Beach will host a beer dinner featuring Ballast Point Brewery on Wednesday, April 24 starting at 6 pm.
The dinner is part of a series highlighting local craft breweries that will continue throughout the end of the year.
The beer dinner will be complete with five to six courses specially created by Hot’s Kitchen’s Owner and Executive Chef Sean Chaney.
Every course will be paired with a specific and often incredibly rare brew from the featured brewery.
The brewmasters behind these artisan beers will be in attendance to meet diners and educate them on each of the pairings.
Hot’s beer dinners are $55 per person.
To reserve a spot at an upcoming dinner, contact Kellie M. at 310.318.2939 or simply walk-in to Hot’s Kitchen at 844 Hermosa Avenue, Hermosa Beach.
Hot’s Kitchen was founded in 2011 by childhood friends Sean Chaney and Michael Lindenlaub.
After nearly 15 years in the restaurant business and two successful ventures, the duo saw an opportunity to bring a unique community-focused dining experience to the South Bay.
Hot’s Kitchen is open Monday through Sunday from 11 am to 10 pm.
