Santa Monica Fire Injures 5:

A fire on the 1000 block of Montana Avenue in Santa Monica has reportedly left five people injured. One of those injuries was serious, according to news reports.

Three of the five injured were police officers and reportedly suffered from smoke inhalation.

The fourth victim was an 89-year-old man, who, according to reports, suffered the most serious injury. Details of the injury were not released.

There was also a fifth victim, though the identity of that person was not released.
