As part of the proposed renovation of the Miramar Hotel at 101 Wilshire Boulevard in Santa Monica, the project is proposing to build up to 40 new affordable apartments.
Starting today, the project has opened an interest list for potential residents.
Located across the street from the new Miramar, these new affordable housing units will represent nearly 3 percent of all affordable housing built in Santa Monica over the last 20 years.
Anyone interested in finding out more about our potential future affordable housing units, can visit the project’s website to fill out an interest form.
Filling out the form is not a housing application and does not guarantee access to any future affordable housing. Filling out the form will enroll people in an email list so that they can be notified about potential future affordable housing opportunities.
