SMMUSD Board Meeting To Relocate To Santa Monica On Thursday, Oct. 2:

The Santa Monica-Malibu Unified School District Board of Education meeting on Thursday, Oct. 2 will be relocated to the district office at 1651 16th Street, Santa Monica. The district said the change was due to construction scheduled for the Malibu City Council Chambers.

The city informed the district that the audio/visual and lighting equipment in the council chambers was being upgraded, requiring all meetings scheduled in the council chambers during construction to be relocated.

The next regularly scheduled board meeting in the Malibu City Council Chambers is scheduled for Nov. 6, 2014, at 5:30 pm.
