One person was injured in a house fire in Malibu on Sunday. The fire was in the 5000 block of Ramirez Canyon Road and was reported at 1:52 pm.
It was knocked down at 2:25 pm, said Art Marrujo, dispatch supervisor with the Los Angeles County Fire Department.
A civilian suffered an unspecified, minor injury but was not immediately taken to a hospital, Marrujo said.
The address is near the northern end of Ramirez Canyon Road, about one mile north of Paradise Cove and east of Kanan-Dume Road.
Pictures from the scene showed flames shooting out of a small structure.
