Four L.A. County Women To Be On Jan. 5 Season Premiere Of “The Bachelor”:

Two women from Los Angeles and one each from Hollywood, Manhattan Beach and San Clemente will be among the record field of 30 bachelorettes vying for Chris Soules’ affection on the 19th season of “The Bachelor,” ABC announced Thursday.

The bachelorettes from the region are Britt Nilsson, a 27-year-old waitress from Hollywood; Jade Roper, a 28-year-old cosmetics developer from Los Angeles; Reegan Cornwell, a 28-year-old cadaver tissue saleswoman from Manhattan Beach; Samantha Steffen, a 27-year-old fashion designer from Los Angeles; and Trina Scherenberg, a 33-year-old special education teacher from San Clemente.

“The Bachelor” will begin its season with a three-hour episode Jan. 5, which will include two groups of 15 bachelorettes seeking roses from Soules to remain on the show.

Soules, a farmer from Arlington, Iowa, was third on this summer’s season of “The Bachelorette.”
