So it’s 2015. Resolutions have been made.
What’s interesting is that all of a sudden, everyone’s talking about meditation as the hot new thing to do to this year – heal yourself, lose weight, find a mate, and get rid of stress. Yet, it’s been around for thousands of years.
The New York Times has recently written about the power of meditation. So has The Los Angeles Times and many other articles are popping up on the Internet.
Do you seek calm, peace of mind, and joy? Meditate.
Do want good health, greater energy, positive relationships, and fulfillment in life? Meditate.
Do you want to be stress-free and worry-free? Meditate.
I conducted an Internet search of the benefits of meditation. Every expert on the Web agrees there are amazing benefits to meditation.
I’ve been regularly meditating for almost one year now. It’s transforming my life. Really.
Meditation has helped me to prevent stress, release accumulated stress, improve my immune system, and decrease any tension-related pain, such as headaches, muscle, and joint pain.
I’ve also read that meditation brings the brainwave pattern into an Alpha state that promotes healing. For me, with regular practice of meditation my anxiety has decreased, my creativity has increased, my intuition has developed, and I started living in ‘the moment’ and letting go of ‘the past.’
To experience the benefits of meditation, regular practice is necessary. It takes only a few minutes every day.
Once I worked it into my daily routine, I found that meditation became the best part of my day!
Dive deep into yourself and enrich your life.
I have. And it’s my priority for 2015. Happy New Year!
