Dear Editor,
SCE is raising the residential electricity rates for the poor to keep the electricity rates the same for the well-off.
SCE is raising the residential electricity rates on tiers 1 and 2, which are the old and the poor who cannot afford electricity for heat in winter, so that SCE can keep the same rates for their influential well-off users of tiers 3 & 4 who can afford to heat their whole homes.
This unconscionable greed that increases electricity rates for the poor to keep rates the same for the influential well-off is destroying our country.
