Free Workshop: Mind/Body Connection for Seniors at UCLA:

A free workshop for seniors as part of the Wellbeing: A Journey Into Aging series is being held at UCLA Sunday.

Wellbeing: A Journey Into Aging Workshop Series

The free workshop will take place Feb. 21 focused on Body/Mind Connection presented by The City of Santa Monica Commission for the Senior Community, Older Adult Task Force (OATF) and Santa Monica Public Library.

This is the second in the series Wellbeing: A Journey Into Aging. “Body/Mind Connections” will feature two workshops on how older adults can maintain a positive outlook through the challenges of aging. The two topics at this event are: “Letting Go and Moving Forward” and “The Science of Mindfulness.”

1 – 4 p.m.

Each session will run twice so attendees can participate in both workshops.
