Finalists in EY’s annual Entrepreneur of the Year competition have been announced and five of them are from Santa Monica.
Nadine Watt, President of Watt Companies; Rich Pierson, Co-founder and Ceo and Andy Puddicombe, Co-Founder of Headspace; Co-Founder Jake Winebaum, CEO of Brighter, Inc.; David Murray, Founder & CEO of Greenspire, LLC; and Patrick Maloney, Founder & CEO of Inspire are all in the running for the prize.
Entrepreneur Of The Year finalists and winners are determined by an independent panel of judges and go through a competitive selection process, according to the organization. “As the world’s most prestigious business awards program for entrepreneurs, Entrepreneur Of The Year recognizes trailblazers in more than 145 cities in 60 countries who are excelling in areas such as innovation, financial performance, and making a personal commitment to their businesses and communities.”
Winners will be announced at a black-tie awards gala on June 14th, 2018 at the Beverly Hilton in Beverly Hills, Calif.
