Edify TV Video: Mar Vista Ghost Town

Vision Zero was adopted in Los Angeles with the goal of eliminating traffic deaths by 2025, bringing changes to dangerous streets. Three years after its implementation, however, 21 businesses have shut down along an eight-block stretch of Venice Boulevard and owners are blaming Vision Zero changes. Find out why some are calling Mar Vista a ghost town in this video made possible by Vistamar School.
