Iconic Santa Monica Wienerschnitzel Permanently Closed

Pico Boulevard A-Frame building to be new home for Go Get ‘Em Tiger coffee shop

The classic A-frame Wienerschnitzel on Pico Boulevard in Santa Monica has closed permanently to make way for a new tenant. 

The location at 3010 Pico Blvd has been closed permanently and will be a future home of the coffee shop Go Get ‘Em Tiger and yes, it will be a drive through. 

Wienerschinitzel did not respond to attempts to get a comment on the closure of the location, but Go Get ‘Em Tiger’s Fiona Mackay said that the company will indeed be opening a new location at the shuttered Wienerschnitzel space and that the opening won’t likely be until early summer 2022. 

The construction of the building makes it easy for this future Go Get Em Tiger branch to be the coffee chain’s first drive through location. 

This will be Go Get ‘Em Tiger currently has 9 locations in the Los Angeles-area, including one on Main Street in Santa Monica. In addition, a location is also underway on Montana Avenue in Santa Monica .
