Grammy winner Surprised Fans By Bartending/DJing Event Before ‘Malibu Tour”

Grammy Award-winning artist Anderson .Paak, also known as DJ Pee .Wee, made a special appearance at the Night Market at The Bungalow Santa Monica ahead of his upcoming ‘Malibu Tour’ this fall. The event, part of a summer series, featured SelvaRey Rum cocktails and raised over $22,000 for Paak’s charity Paak House.

Anderson .Paak surprised attendees by guest bartending, serving mixed shots of his SelvaRey rum to lucky partygoers. Later, he performed a special vinyl DJ set as DJ Pee .Wee, featuring hits from his album Malibu. The crowd enjoyed tracks like “Come Down,” “Am I Wrong,” “Without You,” and Kendrick Lamar’s “Not Like Us.” Paak further energized the crowd by orchestrating a soul train line, encouraging dogs, breakdancers, and couples to join in before ending the night with a drum solo.

Guests sipped on SelvaRey Rum cocktails, Summer Water Rosé Pizzolato, and Nosotros Mezcal while enjoying a variety of LA food favorites. Offerings included Tacos 1986, Bootsy’s BBQ, Urbn Pizza, Fig/Soko, The Bungalow’s Streaming Burger, Lei’d Cookies, and Good Times Ice Cream.

The event successfully blended music, food, and philanthropy, creating a memorable night for locals, families, and tourists alike.
