A pair of apartment buildings in Santa Monica’s North of Wilshire neighborhood have been listed for sale with a combined asking price of $29.95 million, according to a posting on Realtor.com.

The larger of the two properties, located at 1015 3rd Street, includes 25 units across two stories on a 0.78-acre lot and was built in 1954. Together with a second building at 1133 10th Street, the portfolio totals 46 units and roughly 38,781 square feet, the listing shows.

Both structures have undergone significant renovations, including updated plumbing and electrical systems, new appliances, in-unit laundry and other interior upgrades, according to the listing. The properties have been on the market for about a month. The listing is held by Jonathan Taksa of RE/MAX Commercial & Investment Realty.
