All’Antico Vinaio teams up with “King of Sandwiches” Owen Han for a limited-time sandwich

Han collaborates with the Italian favorite on La Mediterraneo, available nationwide for one month.

All’Antico Vinaio has introduced a limited-time sandwich collaboration with social media chef Owen Han, widely known online as the “King of Sandwiches,” blending Italian tradition with modern, internet-driven food culture.

The collaboration introduces La Mediterraneo, a specialty sandwich inspired by Han’s Italian-Chinese heritage and his minimalist, flavor-forward cooking style. The sandwich debuted on Wednesday, January 24, and will remain on menus for one month at all All’Antico Vinaio locations everywhere. On the Westside, that means the Beverly Hills, Koreatown, Santa Monica, Third Street-Farmer’s Market, and Venice Beach sandwich shops.

La Mediterraneo features Prosciutto di Parma and burrata layered with sun-dried tomato pesto, shaved fennel, lemon zest, fresh basil, and arugula, finished with a drizzle of Calabrian chili oil on All’Antico Vinaio’s crisp schiacciata bread. Sounds yummy.

Han has built a massive online following through short-form cooking videos on TikTok and Instagram that spotlight elevated sandwiches made with simple techniques and high-quality ingredients. His collaboration with All’Antico Vinaio marks a crossover between viral food videos and a globally recognized Italian sandwich institution.

All’Antico Vinaio, founded in Florence, is known for its oversized schiacciata sandwiches and has opened several restaurants in Los Angeles in the last two years.
