The John Muir School PTA will hold its annual Silent Auction and Dinner Dance in the Grand Ballroom of the Loews Santa Monica Beach Hotel on Friday April 22, 2005 from 6:00 p.m. to 10:00 p.m.
Established more than 80 years ago, John Muir Elementary provides high-quality public education to a diverse population of youngsters. Proceeds of the event will help maintain the high quality in the face of deep cuts in state funding.To donate goods or services to the silent auction, call Meighan Maguire at (310) 392-4663. Donation forms may also be picked up at the John Muir Office at 2526 Sixth Street. To purchase tickets, which are $30 in advance and $35 at the door, send checks payable to John Muir PTA to 2526 Sixth Street, Santa Monica, California 90405 for advance tickets.
