The Santa Monica Pier will kick off its 2013 outdoor music season this Saturday, March 30 from 4 pm.
RH&S Concerts is producing the “All Bands On Deck!” event that will presents Yacht, Poolside, and Baio as part of the line-up.
Yacht is the Portland-based musical project of Jona Bechtolt and Claire Evans. Their electro-poppy sound is perfectly suited to a day on the Pier as can be heard in the song Shangri La (teamyacht.com).
Poolside play self described “daytime disco” and are becoming one of L.A.’s most in-demand performers (poolsidemusic.com).
Baio is the DJ alter-ego of indie rock band Vampire Weekend’s Chris Baio (baiobaio.com).
