A 24-year-old resident of Hermosa Beach was charged with public drunkenness on Sunday, April 13 after being found covered in his own vomit and unable to remember his own name.
Officers of the Santa Monica Police Department were called out to a suspected “peeping tom” at a residence located in the 1900 block of Euclid Street at 12:30 am on this day.
Upon arrival the officers spotted an individual that matched the description of the suspect and detained him.
The officers noticed that the man had vomit all over him and concluded that he had regurgitated over himself.
The man was unable to remember his own name or to walk properly.
The officers decided, based upon the evidence, to arrest this man and charged him with public drunkenness. Bail was set at $250.
