The Santa Monica Democratic Club on Wednesday night held its endorsement meeting at the Santa Monica Public Library MLK Auditorium.
The club voted to endorse the following candidates:
Santa Monica City Council: Sue Himmelrich and Kevin McKeown.
Santa Monica-Malibu Unified School District Board of Education: Laurie Lieberman, Ralph Mechur, Oscar de la Torre, and Richard Tahvildaran-Jesswein.
Santa Monica College Board of Trustees: Barry Snell, Louise Jaffe, and Nancy Greenstein.
Santa Monica Rent Control Board: Nicole Phillis, Steve Duron, and Todd Flora
The club voted on the follow Santa Monica ballot measures:
Measure D – No
Measure FS – Yes
MEASURE H – Yes
MEASURE HH – Yes
MEASURE LC – Yes
