New Roads Remains Unbeaten In League:

The New Roads girls’ volleyball team improved its Harbor League record to 4-0 last week with a straight sets victory over Community Harvest Charter.

The scores were 25-13, 25-23, 30-28. Overall, New Roads, coached by Lisa Marshall, has a 6-2 record.

Amanda Gottesman had one kill and eight digs. Ana Ramirez had six kills, eight digs and four aces while Erin Wade had five kills, two digs, four aces and four blocks.New Roads will be at Rolling Hills prep Tuesday (Oct. 18) at 4 p.m.
