Mechanical problems today forced a Delta Airlines headed to Atlanta from the Los Angeles International Airport to return back and make a successful emergency landing.

Flight number 1471A returned back to LAX at 6:12 a.m., said Marshall Lowe of the Los Angeles World Airport.

Lowe said he had no approximate time of when the airplane took off, adding it took a “few minutes” before making the emergency landing.

There were no injuries reported, he said. There were 205 people on board, including the aircraft’s crew.
