Venice Family Clinic’s annual dinner raised $1.3 million, a record for the organization. CEO Elizabeth Benson Forer says, “With an ever-increasing patient population, the clinic, with the generosity of Hutch Parker, Vice Chairman of Twentieth Century Fox Film Group, has broken all past fund-raising records for needed funds.”

Venice Family Clinic, the nation’s largest free clinic, provides care to 22,000 underserved patients who last year made 112,818 patient visits at seven sites located on the Westside. Founded in 1970, the Clinic provides services to low-income men, women, children, teens and seniors living in Los Angeles County who lack private health insurance. Currently 2,400 individuals – including 519 physicians – donate their time by volunteering.
