The Photography of George Hurrell

Photographer George Hurrell worked for major movie studios such as MGM, Warners, and Columbia and photographed the major stars of Hollywood’s golden era. A selection of his work is currently on view at the California Heritage Museum. In conjunction with the exhibit, curator Dr. Louis D’Elia will be speaking about and showing samples of Hurrell’s work.

Lecture: 1:30pm, free, MLK Jr. Auditorium, Santa Monica Main Library, 601 Santa Monica Blvd.
