Fundraising Food Event in LA to Support Efforts to End Childhood Hunger

Proceeds will benefit No Kid Hungry, a campaign that works to expand access to meals for children in the United States.

A large-scale culinary fundraising event supporting efforts to address childhood hunger is scheduled for April 11 in downtown Los Angeles.

The event, called Night Out for No Kid Hungry, will take place at Rolling Greens and is expected to bring together dozens of chefs, restaurateurs and beverage professionals from across the country.

Proceeds will benefit No Kid Hungry, a campaign that works to expand access to meals for children in the United States through school programs and community initiatives.

Organizers said the event combines two previously separate Los Angeles fundraisers into a single evening featuring multiple formats. Attendees can choose between a tasting-style event with small bites and drinks or a seated, multi-course dinner. A separate after-party with desserts and entertainment is also planned.

Participating chefs include figures from the Los Angeles restaurant scene as well as nationally recognized names such as Kevin Bludso and Ludo Lefebvre. Several restaurants involved have received industry recognition, including Michelin stars and James Beard Awards.
