Kris Mooney has been appointed manager of both Coldwell Banker residential real estate offices in Santa Monica (on Montana Avenue and Wilshire Boulevard). She has worked as associate manager of the company’s Beverly Hills North office and manager of its Hollywood Hills office and Laguna Niguel office. Before she joined management, she was an agent since 1988, serving Santa Monica and the whole Westside. “I feel like I’m home now,” Mooney said of her posting in Santa Monica.
