Grumpy Cat, the feline with the famous frown, will make an appearance at Kitson at Santa Monica Place to promote her new book today, Aug. 4. The book, The Grumpy Guide to Life: Observations by Grumpy Cat, is the follow-up to New York Times bestseller Grumpy Cat: A Grumpy Book.
She will glower and pose with her fans for photos starting at 6 pm. Grumpy Cat’s last appearance at Kitson drew hundreds of attendees, now an even greater, pop culture luminary.
The Grumpy Guide to Life: Observations by Grumpy Cat is the alternative to feel-good, positive thinking. Rather, Grumpy Cat brings the advice, maxims and observations that have made her the spirit animal for people everywhere.
Kitson is located on level one across from Nike at Santa Monica Place. The public can pre-purchase books online at shopkitson.com.
The books will be available at the specific location for pick up, with the wrist band required for entry, beginning at noon Monday.
