Lincoln Center/West Has Risen in Santa Monica:

The new building on the 1300 block of Lincoln Boulevard at the corner of Arizona Avenue in Santa Monica is called Lincoln Center/West.

A project of Beptal, Inc., it’s a mixed-use, 23,000 square- feet retail and office building with over 130 parking spaces, and is now leasing,

The first floor contains approximately 13,000 square feet  of contiguous lease space with 20-foot high ceilings,  exposed web joists, concrete floors and patios. The second floor measures approximately 10,000 square feet and boasts  two-story volume with  open floor plans, exposed ceiling beams and windows opening onto outdoor decks. 

Since its founding in 1984, Beptal, Inc. ,  a Santa Monica based real estate firm,  has developed condominiums, apartments, offices, retail centers and commercial-residential mixed-use projects in “urban in-fill areas” with a total value of  over $60 million.

It currently has nearly $20 million in projects under construction and on the drawing board.

Benjamin Efraim, president and principal of Beptal, Is certified as an arbitrator with the American Registry of Arbitrators,  and licensed by the State of California as both  a real estate broker and a general contractor. He has served on the Boards of the Building Industry Association’s Multi-Family Housing Council and the United Builders Association of Los Angeles.Lincoln Center/West has no connection to the proposed Lincoln Center project in Venice.
