Known for his work as a DJ, Carlos Niño, one of the original DJs at renowned Internet station and a former host at KPFK, entered the world of production when he helmed the recording of “Horace” by Dwight Trible (Pharoah Sanders Quintet, Horace Tapscott’s Pan Afrikan Peoples Arkestra). Niño and Trible will join forces once again for this special engagement at Zanzibar’s standing Thursday night party Afro Funké.
