Dr. Michael Matthews, Assistant Superintendent for SMMUSD, was one of the jailbirds at the 3rd Annual Santa Monica Muscular Dystrophy Association’s Lock-up at The Daily Grill in Santa Monica on Thursday, February 21. Felons turned in their pre-raised bail of $1,600 – the cost to send two kids to MDA’s free Summer Camp for kids with neuromuscular diseases, where activities include swimming, talent shows, and arts and crafts.
