The Third Civil Affairs Group of the United States Marine Corps pose for a portrait with Ricardo A. Crocker’s mother, Jeannette Garcia during the Ricardo A. Crocker Memorial Highway Sign dedication ceremony at the Santa Monica Police Activities League on Friday, March 7. The portion of Interstate 10 within Santa Monica will now be known as “Santa Monica Police Officer Ricardo A.
