Both PCSC B98 Boys and PCSC B96 Boys soccer teams were winners the weekend of December 19. PCSC B98 Boys won the PSA Winter Cup postponed from December 12 due to rain. PCSC Boys B96 Boys won the Orange County Tournament of Champions hosted by the FC Blades in Irvine.
PCSC B98 won their third tournament in the last year, the PSA Winter Cup. The team defeated Silver Elite Xtreme Black, 2-1 in the championship game to win the Boys Under 11 First Flight. The win was a complete team effort with goals by Luis Ramirez and Carlos Fuentes. The PCSC B98 roster for this tournament included Blake Appleby, Sinjun Astani, Saulo Ayala, Juan Castillo, Brecc Evans, Carlos Fuentes, Campbell Geddes, Mateo Gonzalez-Drake, Victor Hugo Perez, Luis Ramirez, Charlie Sherman, Ruben Soria, Dominic Valdivia, Henry Wayne, and Reaph Whitebloom.
PCSC B98 finished the regular season with the fourth-highest point total over all Silver U11 brackets, had the largest goal differential at +37, and advanced to the round of 32 during League Cup. PCSC B98 are poised for a Silver Elite run.
The PCSC B96 team accomplished its win with three shutouts and a final tie game ending in an overtime win. The team held a strong defense including Baltazar Ayala, Andrew Cerda, Geovany Siliezar, Erik Pfahler, and Brian Guzman. Goalie Collin Valdivia, was a great asset to the three shutouts providing a great defense of the goal during the entire tournament. The final championship game went into overtime consisting of two seven minute halves. PCSC pulled it out after several missed shots on goal, finally scoring a goal to win the tournament. Brandon Torres, Irvin Torres, Eric Vieyra, and Tyler Goodman scored for PCSC during the tournament. The PCSC U13 roster for this tournament included Baltazar Ayala, Jack Bloom, Andrew Cerda, David Deutschman, Eric Hernandez, Tyler Goodman, Nico Greenlee (absent), Brian Guzman, Bennett Hanneman, Lucas Kirby (absent), Mike Medina, Christian Morales, Erik Pfahler, Julian Sears (absent), Geovany Siliezar, Brandon Torres, Irvin Torres, Collin Valdivia.
