The Buy Local Santa Monica Committee has announce that Pete Benson was selected as the winner of this month’s Buy Local Santa Monica Challenge.
Benson was drawn randomly from the bloggers who have participated in the challenge last month.
He won a $25 gift certificate to YogaRat, 2703 Pico Boulevard, which is one of Buy Local SM’s new businesses.
The Buy Local Santa Monica Challenge is as follows:
1) Pick three local businesses you absolutely can’t live without
2) Stop by, say hello and support them by spending $50 among the three in a month
3) Submit a brief blog to http://www.buylocalsm.com/buylocalchallenge to describe who you chose and why…and be entered to win a free monthly prize. It’s a win-win for everyone.
Each month, one lucky blogger will be selected and awarded a prize that is donated by a Buy Local SM business.
Each month’s blog contributors are entered into the monthly draw and a name is randomly selected.
The next draw will take place on Dec. 1 for a $25 gift certificate to the Santa Monica Playhouse.
