SMPD/SMFD Candy Cane Drive On Saturday Morning:

The SMPD/SMFD Candy Cane Drive will take place this Saturday

Santa Claus is coming to town very early this year — this Saturday, Dec. 3 — and Santa Monica’s firefighters and police officers are leading the way!

Santa and his public safety helpers from the Santa Monica Police Department and the Santa Monica Fire Department will be distributing good cheer and thousands of candy canes as part of the nineteenth annual “Candy Cane Drive.”

Everyone is invited to join in the free Candy Cane Drive.

Santa’s stops are:

• 10:30 a.m. – 10:50 a.m. Douglas Park – California Ave & 25th Street

• 11 a.m. – 11:15 a.m. Christine Reed Park – California Ave & Lincoln Blvd.

• 11:25 a.m. – 11:50 a.m. Third Street Promenade & Wilshire Blvd

• 1:15 p.m. – 1:30 p.m. Virginia Park – 2200 Virginia Avenue

• 1:45 p.m. – 2 p.m. Marine Park – Marine St. & 17th Street

• 2:15 p.m. – 2:30 p.m. Clover Park – Ocean Park Blvd & 25th Parking Lot
