What’s Hot: International Chocolate Salon In Santa Monica This Sunday, September 23:

Chocolate aficionados, fanatics, lovers, and addicts can taste and experience the finest in artisan, gourmet, and premium chocolates this Sunday (9/23) from 11 a.m. to 5 p.m. at the Santa Monica Civic Auditorium.

Organizers say it is the premier major chocolate show in the Los Angeles area this millennium.

Salon highlights include chocolate tasting, demonstrations, chef and author talks, and ongoing interviews by TasteTV’s Chocolate Television program.

Participants include chocolatiers, confectioners, and other culinary artisans, such as Amano Artisan Chocolate, Mignon Chocolate, Amella Caramels, Butterfly Brittle, The TeaRoom Chocolate Company, Marti Chocolatt, Chuao Chocolatier, Marco Paolo Chocolates, DEUVO Gourmet Sweets, Plumeria Flours, The Toffee Box, CocoTutti, Kallari Chocolate, Pacari Ecuadorian Organic Chocolate, Droga Confections, La Dolce Vita Gourmet, Gourmet Blends, Farm Fresh To You, Honest Tea, Pure Swiss Water, Jerk’NPickle, Gourmandise School of Sweets and Savories, Trade Office of Ecuador in Los Angeles (ProEcuador), Le Cordon Bleu College of Culinary Arts, Yelp, Meetup.com, TasteTV, Chocolate Television, and more.

Santa Monica Civic Auditorium is located at 1855 Main Street in Santa Monica.
