“First Flush” Film Highlights Trash Flowing Into The Ocean In Santa Monica:

An epically gross, chillingly real, but inspiring short has been created to show the amount of trash flowing into the ocean in Santa Monica.

Filmmaker Jeneene Chatowsky features Santa Monica High School Team Marine students in the film that can be watched for free on Vimeo.

The film specifically documents the problem of single use plastics and litter at the Pico-Cantor Storm Drain in Santa Monica.
