Santa Monica police arrested a 40-year-old Santa Monica woman on Friday, Sept. 6 after injuring her husband.
At 5 pm officers of the Santa Monica Police Department went to the 2400 block of Ocean Park Boulevard in order to investigate a family disturbance.
When the officers arrived they spoke to the husband and wife pair of suspects, and through some clever interrogative efforts discovered that this couple had been involved in a domestic dispute, and that the wife was the main aggressor.
The officers then arrested this woman, aged 40 years and a Santa Monica resident, and took her off to jail where she was processed and charged with domestic battery.
Bail was set at $20,000.
