President Barack Obama will arrive in Los Angeles Wednesday afternoon where he will speak at a USC gala and attend a fundraiser in Bel Air.
The trip will mark the President’s 17th to the Los Angeles-area since taking office.
The website politicalpartytime.org says Obama will also appear at fundraiser Wednesday night at the Bel Air home of Alan and Cindy Horn for the House Senate Victory Fund.
Alan Horn is the chairman of The Walt Disney Studios.
The fundraiser at the Horn’s home will also include house majority leader Rep. Nancy Pelosi (D, CA-8) and Senate majority leader Sen. Harry Reid (D, NV). This event is costing attendees between $10,000 per person to $65,000 per couple.
According to the Huffington Post, the fundraiser is among more than 30 Obama is holding for Democratic groups ahead of the midterm elections in November.
The President is then scheduled to attend the USC Shoah Foundation Gala in Century City to speak about common values and shared responsibilities in building a brighter future.
Obama will attend an event Thursday, May 8 for Democratic National Committee at the Beverly Hilton Hotel in Beverly Hills before traveling to San Diego.
