Fairmont Presents Beach Fun With Vilebrequin Partnership:

With the arrival of the perfect beach weather, guests at the Fairmont Miramar Hotel & Bungalows will experience a French twist on their classic Santa Monica summer.

Famed St. Tropez-based swimwear company Vilebrequin and the hotel are teaming up to introduce a host of new Vilebrequin-themed amenities and activities designed for this beachside resort.

Starting this month both skate and surf enthusiasts staying in one of the iconic 32 bungalow villas tucked away at the Fairmont Miramar Hotel & Bungalows can tour the boardwalk and show off their kick-flips on the new Vilebrequin Dregs 37 Ditch Surf Skateboard, exclusively designed for bungalow guests.

Designed just like a skateboard only a bit longer in length, this chic and unique in-room amenity is made locally, features a signature Vilebrequin octopus print, and perfectly captures the Southern California vibe.

Hotel guests and Vilebrequin fans alike will be pleased to know they can indulge in their favorite colorful Cote d’Azur style with the first in-hotel Vilebrequin boutique in the US featuring a fine-tuned collection of signature-print men’s and boy’s swimwear and apparel, and the debut line of girl’s and women’s swim and resort wear and accessories.

And speaking of fun in the sun, for the third consecutive summer, guests are invited to bump, set, and spike and compete at the Vilebrequin Beach Volleyball Games at the Miramar Beach & Pool Club, taking place every Saturday from May 31 – August 30 from 4-6 pm.

Each winning player will receive exclusive Vilebrequin prizes including; a pair of adult Havaianas flip flops for men or a sexy pareo for women.

Additionally, each week all players will be eligible to enter a raffle to win an exclusive Vilebrequin gift.

Players are also invited to celebrate post-game with seasonal snacks and artisanal beer from Chef Ray Garcia’s FIG restaurant.

In addition to issuing daily surf reports and offering tips to great seaside dining and fun beach chic wear, Miramar’s new Pool & Beach Concierge, dressed in Vilebrequin (naturally!) will also be available to book beachside activities.
