Eight People Injured In Big Collision On Pacific Coast Highway In Malibu:

Eight people were injured, including three who required hospitalization, in a three-vehicle collision in Malibu on Friday night that caused closure of a stretch of Pacific Coast Highway in both directions.

The collision occurred around 10:25 p.m. at the intersection of Pacific Coast Highway and Heathercliff Road, Los Angeles County Sheriff’s Department Lt. John Lecrivain said.

Two people suffered injuries described as mild-to-moderate, with the other six suffering minor injuries, with three to be hospitalized, Los Angeles County Fire Department dispatch supervisor Michael Pittman said.
