Herringbone Santa Monica, set to debut at The Seychelle at Ocean Avenue South Summer 2015, will host an upcoming job fair Monday, May 11 – Wednesday, May 13 to fill a variety of restaurant-based positions.
Helmed by celebrity chef Brian Malarkey, Herringbone Santa Monica will serve “fish meats field” cuisine with an emphasis on line-caught seafood and quality meats, making it the third outpost of the popular restaurant brand.
The hiring event will be held at the Santa Monica Civic Auditorium, 1855 Main Street, from 9 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. for both front and back of house positions.
– Front-of-House available positions include: Host, Hostess, Server, Busser, Food Runner, Bartender, Barback, Porter and Floor Manager.
– Back-of-House available positions include: Dishwasher, Line Cook, Prep Cook, Pastry Cook, Chef de Cuisine and Sous Chef.
